Payment must be made when placing an order.

*All sales are final. Please be clear and state details about your order,as there are no returns or exchanges on personalized/custom orders* 

Please allow 4-6 days for your order to be completed,7-10 days for custom/detailed orders. Rush orders can be processed for an additional fee if we are available to do so. Please note during the holiday season it may take longer for your order to be completed due to it being our busiest time of the year! We suggest ordering early! We take Christmas orders up until November 1st. Please be considerate as we do take some time off(dates TBD) as we get closer to the holiday season!  

Local delivery and shipping are available for an additional fee. But pick up is FREE!! 

**RENTAL,EVENT,DECOR & 360 SERVICES ONLY** All Bookings require a 25% retainer fee to secure the date requested. Last minute bookings(30 days or less before event) must be paid in full.

*CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING*

 

All bookings are subject to CraftingS by Kay,LLC grace period policy which provides a full refund for bookings cancelled within 48 hours from the receipt of a booking confirmation(unless stated other wise)

 

Guests may cancel their booking 30 days or more  prior to the start of event time to receive a full refund. Anything after,there will be NO REFUND issued by CraftingS by Kay,LLC and guests can reschedule their booking to a later date as long as we’re available. Any payment or remaining balance will be credited towards to the new date. A delivery fee may be applied if the event is moved to a new location. Please check with us prior to making any changes to your booking.
